utli turns speech into text in any app. It started as a macOS menu bar app for my own use, built on local transcription.
The Android edition does dictation only. Speech recognition runs on the phone, also in flight mode. It needs no account and has no ads and no analytics. The project page lists Google Play as coming soon.
