The KGSt-FORUM 2026 took place from 16 to 18 September in Leipzig, under the motto “Netzwerk. Kommune.”
In the programme I moderated the session “Offene Fehler- und Feedbackkultur: Praxis trifft Wissenschaft” (open error and feedback culture, practice meets science). I also appeared in two sessions of the KGSt network “Organisationssoziologie”, a new network that brings research and practice together on the structural questions of transformation.
